Dr. Baraka Abubakar
Provost
The Office of the Provost is headed by Dr. Barakat Abubakar. It is saddled with the responsibility of coordinating the general affairs of the college. The office, as the apex office of the College, coordinates both internal and external demands of the College community.
The smooth execution of the activities of the office is achieved via the following units directly under it: Internal Audit, Management Information System Unit, Security, Clinic, Consultancy Services and ICT.
Alh. Salisu A. Sadi
Deputy Provost
Office of the Deputy Provost is directly under the Office of the Provost and it is saddled with the responsibility assisting the provost and act as the provost in her absence. He is responsible to the provost as head of all academic programmes and units.
The statutory responsibility of the Deputy Provost is the supervision of the officers in charge of the following units:

Alh. Aliyu Umar
Registrar
The office of the Registrar is headed by the Registrar in the person of Aliyu Umar who serves as Chief administrative officer of the College. The officer is responsible to the Provost for the day to day administration of the college.
In addition, the Registrar is the Secretary to the College Governing Council, its Committees, Academic Board and other statutory committees. He is the custodian of the College Seal, as well as other legal documents and records. Except for financial matters, the Registrar alongside his divisions and units is responsible for the routine administration of the college.
